As a machinery production company, we provide direct support for the maintenance of the installed machinery. Our technical staff, rather than through a trading company staff, will visit your plant when you need support. The scope of the visit area is around the world.
For a year after installation, we will visit your plant at no charge if necessary! After that period, a customer can also call us for support and maintenance at anytime.
We have developed large machinery for over half a century and have gained enormous know-how in this technological field. To our customers, we have to be conscious of the responsibility of being a specialist. Therefore, we regard the technological education of young staff members, such as engineering, design, processing, and product development, as the most important part of our customer service.
