Special machine for cutting housing counter basin.
With the simultaneous movement of 3 blades, the machine cuts the both ends and the front part with a low plane of the product (with the size length 1800 × width 600) in about five minutes.
The cut line is stable and precise with laser marking.

This device was developed to cut off tire to check the fatigue of the steel inside the tire.
Any tires from the ones used for cars to the ones used for trucks (φ1250mmMAX) can be fixed with the clamping device and disconnected automatically.
Removable type of a bead clamping device is also available.
Able to cut both sides at once with 2 blades.
Able to use also as a single cutter by removing 1 blade.
Either the right or left rotation of blades is available by choice.
The sliding surfaces are covered to block rubber powder and cut tire’s steel from entering.
