Introducing the concrete processing machine.

Using CAD/CAM, this single line conducts 3 processes of RC plate processing, that is, wall saw cuttting, chainsaw processing, and core drill drilling.
Automatic exchange of tools corresponding to the change of core drill diameter.
Maximum capacity of plate size is 1200mm(W)×350mm(T)×30000mm(L) so it is suitable for large processing.

By using an auto level instrument and scale, the equipment grinds the first floor surface and the second floor surface uniformly.
The flatness of the grinded floor surface is approximately 0.1mm/1m2.
Easy to move and transport because of the compactness and of the four wheels equipped in the legs.
The setting and fix of the equipment is conducted by vacuum pump and four pads so that there is no need for hitting all anchors.
There is no need of primary construction because water supply tank and drainage suction machine are already equipped in the device.
Using linear rails on a sliding surface of 6 faces, and covering all with bellows.
Easy operation with touch panel screen.

Useful in automatic grinding of concrete, tiles, bricks and stones.
Detecting the thickness of products with laser sensor real time, and processing the grind margins regularly.
High efficiency with two grinding heads.
